About Robin Leenders
I would describe myself as a creative marketer with an interest and experience in broad areas. Not only because I studied Communication & Multimedia Design but moreover because of my (work)experience. The last couple of years I learned a lot about (content) marketing, conversation design, growth hacking and more. I worked in different roles at small and big companies. The common thread: in everything I do, my focus is on the customer. Always. That might seem logical, but it turns out to be a challenge for many organizations. At VvAA, I developed customer journeys for a project focused on self-employed healthcare professionals. These customers use online software to manage their bookkeeping. Many changes were made to this software, which raised questions among (new) users. For both existing and new customers, I created and implemented customer journeys and communication strategies to help them understand the software better.

As a creative marketer, I immerse myself in content every day. Whether it s copy, visuals, or video I work with all of it. And the best part No project is ever the same. With every collaboration, I take on a different role. One moment I step in as a designer, the next I m a content strategist.
